For example, our Inside Sales Department is a model that sets the standard for other companies. Members of our sales team function as business managers, taking an active role in the running of their own enterprise. What you won't find at Clement is a traditional, cookie-cutter call center. Our Sales Floor is a professional environment which encourages creativity, learning and success. We offer great accessibility to your manager and ongoing training, coaching and development to ensure your success. In addition, our Sales Representatives work a set schedule of 7:45 am - 4:45 pm, Monday through Friday, have a lucrative base plus commission salary structure, receive two weeks paid vacation, and a wide range of other benefits.

Initial training includes a diverse agenda delivered to you by our team of experienced, success-proven trainers, sales managers, and inside sales professionals who thrive on sharing their techniques to help you create your own success. In addition, you will be coached on your selling strategies while you speak with live customers in an open, interactive learning environment.
