SHIPPING & HANDLING
We choose the most economical shipping method available, usually third class bulk, second class or ISAL for our international customers. However, if you would prefer a faster method, such as first class, overnight or air mail, simply give our customer service department a call at the number listed above.
POSTER PROGRAMS
Every poster you display is a reflection on you as a leader, coach and manager. That's why our editors and designers spend so much time and effort on every single poster. But we don't stop there. We want every poster you display to be a crisp, high-quality, professional presentation that makes YOU look good. That's why we print every poster on specially coated, super-white, enamel poster stock. That's also why we ship them unfolded, uncreased in heavy-duty, crush-resistant mailing tubes. It takes a little more time and costs a little more, but it's worth it.
We recommend you purchase our rugged aluminum display frames for your posters. We ship them to you the most inexpensive way possible, usually UPS Ground. You'll be charged shipping and handling now, along with your poster subscription price. The actual charge for frames WILL NOT be invoiced until, and if, you decide to cancel your poster program(s). At that time, you may return the frames for full credit, paying and owing nothing.
CALCULATING THE SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES FOR POSTERS
Your total shipping costs can be calculated by adding; 1) the Poster Shipments cost or the cost to ship posters, ongoing in protective tubes plus, 2) the one-time Poster Frames cost to ship the frames at the start of your subscription. Use the charts below to help you calculate your total annual costs.
SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS FOR POSTER SHIPMENTS
Your costs for Poster Shipments are calculated by multiplying the per-shipment charge by the total number of shipments made. For example: if you are in the U.S. and have 2 poster copies shipped to you each week, your total yearly shipping costs will be $71.76 ($1.38 x 52 weeks/shipments).

NEWSLETTERS
Newsletters are mailed to you in rugged, heavy-duty, printed envelopes so they will reach you in crisp, mint condition. Below are the shipping and handling charges for one to nine annual subscriptions. An annual subscription consists of 26 biweekly shipments. For example: if you are in the U.S. and have 3 newsletter subscriptions shipped to you every other week, your total yearly shipping costs will be $12.22 ($0.47 x 26 biweekly shipments).
