Observe the poster locations periodically for employee reactions to the poster. Don't answer any questions prior to the meeting. Step 3
Download and review the PowerPoint and make any adjustments. Print out the Facilitator's Guide and make any notes or add examples you may want to discuss in the meeting. Step 4
