According to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), a sign is a surface that is prepared to warn or instruct workers or members of the public who may be exposed to hazards. In order to stay safe, it is important that you pay attention to safety signs in the workplace and always heed their warnings and/or messages.
